Cool Heat KC came out on an emergency call when temps were high. He stayed late and evaluated the entire system to ensure the repairs made were all that was needed for our older system. He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and we will not hesitate to call him again if we need additional service. We highly recommend this veteran owned and operated business!

I’ve been with Cool Heat KC since February 2021 and bring an additional 4 years of managing a heating and cooling office with me. I would like to think that I am knowledgeable with the business and will try very hard to answer any questions you may have or find the appropriate answer for you if I can’t. I currently reside in a rural area outside of Bonner Springs and have grown up in the community and it’s surrounding areas. I have many outdoor activities that I enjoy including horseback riding & fishing.

I’ve been in the HVAC industry for 7 years, and specialize in Mitsubishi electric mini split systems. When I’m not working on helping people be comfortable in their homes, I’m with my wife and kids enjoying the outdoors and good food!
Tracie Rogers, Principal Owner
I have spent a vast majority of my life in the Kansas City area and have watched the expansion of the metro in awe. I am a Kansas State University graduate and have 25 years of Human Resources and management experience that I bring to Cool Heat KC. I manage the benefit packages we offer and payroll for the company. I do enjoy my down time with the family, our two German Shepherds and our friends both near and far. Naturally, K-State Football and Basketball are favorites of mine. BBQ time + fire pit is always fun too!
Rick Rogers, Operations Manager
I started in the trades as an Electricians Mate in the U.S. Coast Guard. I attended Electricians Mate “A” School in Yorktown, Virginia. From there I worked as a Plant Electrician at the Goodyear Tire plant in Topeka. I meandered into the HVAC world as an apprentice and passed the Master Mechanical test in 2018. Tracie and I made the decision to form Cool Heat KC in the Spring of 2019. I have always enjoyed the electrical side of the trade and enjoy working on the complex electrical components of the high efficiency systems that we install.
We have two kids, Tyler and Madison, and enjoy watching them grow and become their own unique individuals. We’ve been season ticket holders for Kansas State University Football since our daughter was a Freshman at K-State and on the Marching Band Drum Line. My idea of fun is slowing down and relaxing with friends and family. I also enjoy watching fireworks for the 4th of July every year. EMAW!
